Director of National Operations
Anthony brings twenty years of experience working in Philadelphia’s banking and finance sector to his role as Chief Financial Officer at APX. In his down time, he enjoys motorcycling, spending time with family in Virginia, and doing charity work with Variety, the Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley.

As one of APX’s first employees contractor drivers, Anthony has dutifully served APX for more than 25 years. He has risen through the ranks, progressing from an employees contractor to lead management, and currently, Vice President of Operations.
Frederick Frankel
Chief Executive Officer
The Frankel family was involved in the transportation logistics industry for generations before Fred started PDX in 1996. Fred has extensive experience across the industry, serving dealerships, tire warehouses, and automotive retailers. In his spare time, Fred enjoys spending time with family, clearing his mind at the gym, and skiing in Colorado and Utah.
Michael Frankel
Chief Operating Officer
Another member of the Frankel family, Michael has been working in the transportation logistics industry since the age of fifteen. His extensive and diversified experience in automotive, finance, and healthcare industries has fueled his entrepreneurship and logistics leadership at PDX. Michael enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and running.
